Great Frisbee
I haven't seen much of Ultimate Frisbee. Obviously, I've never played it either. However, there's a guy in my office that has played it, and he laid this catch out for me.
1. The thrower has his pivot leg completely extended horizontal while he does a forearm toss. (Forearm toss is the harder out to in wrist movement) As he throws it he loses his balance and falls, which sends the disc too high.
2. The receiver, who is now on the wrong side of the defender thanks to the high toss, tips it to the defender. The defender can't quite reach it, and he tips it into a mass of two other players.
3. From the mass of players another receiver emerges. The disc is leaving out the back of the end zone. In order to save it, the second receiver leaps from the end zone (in bounds), catches it, and flicks it back into the field of play.
4. The original receiver makes and easy catch, and scores.
